Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) need checked regularly to ensure the battery and pads have not expired and the unit is reporting it is ready to respond.  Our experts arrange an on-site visit to your location to inspect your AED. - Expiration Dates: Batteries and pads on AEDs expire after some time. Your AED may not function properly in an emergency if the battery or pads are expired, leaving you liable for negligence. We will work with you to order new pads or a battery if needed. 

- Readiness Indicator: If an AED readiness indicator doesn't reflect it is ready to respond, it could signal a bigger problem. We'll troubleshoot the cause if it's not working properly.
